My Actifit Report Card: July 5 2025
Happy weekend my fellow actifitters. Hope your weekend is splendid.
Mine is going as planned. Woke up early this morning by 4am, checked my ecency comments and replies from friends.
Did some house chores briefly as I had workers prayers in church today being 1st Saturday of July. After the prayer session,we had a meeting but I left in the middle of the meeting as a customer called me on phone.
I left to my business place and transacted cash with few customers. Business wasn't so encouraging today so I left rather early to take care of my hair at home (wash and prepare for plaiting tomorrow).
Did some stairs exercise, walking, street walkout and of course shopping for my kids.
That's how brief my Saturday went in keeping fit.
