My Actifit Report Card: July 21 2025
Hello my dear actifitters how are you doing and I hope you are fit and healthy cause that's the paramount slogan of actifit as you all know .
Today I woke up feeling weak again and my daughter had to cook while I laid the bed . After sometime I had energy to go to the toilet and have my bath . I left for school quite late cause we had already finished exams and were to do just broad sheet and fill in the records.
After completing that I left for my shop for the normal day activities and the day went on as usual. I felt strong and could move from one place to another. Towards evening I decided to trek as a form of exercise back home since I wasn't lucky to see public transport.
I reached home and we started preparing dinner which took quite a long time than we expected. After doing that we ate and retired to bed.
That was how my day went.
