My Actifit Report Card: July 25 2025

How have your day been going and I hope it was a good day for you.

My day began with my waking up to prepare and go to my shop since my children were now on holiday so my daughter was in charge of cooking.

I finished and decided to walk down to the shop as a form of exercise

I got there and after sometime food was brought for me and I ate to suppress my hunger pangs. After that the day went on as usual and everything was going until evening 🌆🌆 when I decided to go home .

I started the long walk home


And I reached home and ate dinner and retired to bed 🛏️.
