My Actifit Report Card: August 17 2025
Greetings fellow actifitters. Happy Sunday from @nemzy.
Hope we all went to church) mosque to worship our Creator. It's been a beautiful bright 3rd Sunday in this month of August, don't forget it's our month of new beginnings.
Today I woke up to a very bright Sunday morning which started out with a very great weather unfold but not without light rain showers ⛈️ although very brief and boom the sun was up again.
Prepared and left for church as I'm already used to not eating on Sunday morning except I need to take my medication.
Coming back as usual, had my lunch and tried taking a nap to rest my brain for a better hive engagement when I wake up but unfortunately noise from my kids wouldn't let me sleep so I woke up, helped my last born with her Mathematics homework given to her from holiday/summer classes.
Done with that I buried myself with my phone checking my messages on Whatsapp, hive etc..Evening came and we had dinner as family and retired to bed.
That's my report on today's fitness activities.
