My Actifit Report Card: September 8 2025

Hello fellow actifitters it's been a long time for me posting due to sometimes sleep or forgetfulness.

Today began really really cold ❄️🥶 as rain 🌧️☔ was falling since during the night and came with extremely cold breeze which was though fun 😊 to sleep but no food for the lazy man. So got up and did few stretching exercises to relieve me of the cold before I started the house chores and cooking so immediately the rain was done I would leave.

After the rain stopped I left for my shop and sold my wares even though the cold was nice enough to get a good sleep but I stayed till evening before leaving for home having made sales which would not have been made if I hadn't come out instead of sleeping like a dead log.

It made me fit due to the walking.
