Saludos a toda la comunidad de SWC y Hive 🙋🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️. Activo para cumplir con el "jueves de trote". Hoy salí solo, ya que los demás brothers estarían ocupados. Mi salida fue desde las 5:40am, caminando y entrando en calor hasta "el comando" y se hay en adelante "full troté". Hoy me propuse llegar hasta "la casa de la caña", y la verdad pensé que podía trotar hasta el infinito 😅, ósea, fui capaz de mantener un buen ritmo de ida como también de vuelta, sin pausa alguna 😃👍🏻👍🏻 y más sumado unos últimos 12 metros de "sprint". Me siento satisfecho por este logro, intentaré aumentar la dificultad o, sino seguir adaptándome.
