Saludos a toda la comunidad de SWC y Hive 🙋🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️. Vuelven los "jueves de trote" en compañía de los brothers "Jhonngeiker.P, Jhojan.P". Hoy iniciamos la actividad partir de las 5:40am aproximadamente, desde el "Comando" en que hicimos un poco de estiramiento antes de empezar. Mantuvimos un ritmo constante, por toda la "Av, Caracas" hasta llegar a "la Casa de la caña" pero de regreso por el mismo trayecto caminamos hasta la "Subestación Cocuy" en vista de aún mis compañeros no se acostumbran a este recorrido, Luego retomamos el trote hasta "Materiales Gran Sabana" y antes de terminar realizamos "sprint" de unos 12 metros aproximadamente. Se espera que para la próxima puedan rendir mejor en estos trotes 💪🏻🔥.
