Saludos a toda la comunidad de SWC y Hive 🙋🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️.

Un día más de "jueves de trote" junto a "Jhonngeiker.P" y "Jhojan.P".

Salimos a las 5:45am aproximadamente, hasta "el comando". Luego procedimos a hacer un poco de estiramiento general, y empezamos a trotar a las 6:00am por la "Av.Caracas" hasta "por lo momento, manteniendo" la llegada hasta "La casa de Caña".

Hoy me han sorprendido, sin dudas hubo mejoría en su rendimiento "Jhonngeiker.P" y "Jhojan.P", logrando completar el recorrido de ida como también de regreso sin detenerse e incluso sumándole los 13 metros de "sprint" para dar con culminada el trote de hoy. Esta vez sí han sabido administrar mejor sus recursos para mantener el trote durante todo el trayecto, espero que sea así o mejor en las próximas semanas 🙏🏻👊🏻💥🏃🏻‍♂️.

One more day of "Thursday jogging" with "Jhonngeiker.P" and "Jhojan.P".

Today I have been surprised, without doubt there was improvement in their performance "Jhonngeiker.P" and "Jhojan.P", managing to complete the outward and return without stopping and even adding the 13 meters of "sprint" to give culminated today's jog. This time they have been able to manage their resources better to maintain the trot during the entire route, I hope it will be like this or better in the coming weeks 🙏🏻👊🏻💥🏃🏻‍♂️.
