Saludos a toda la comunidad de #SWC y #Hive 🙋🏻‍♂️🚶🏻‍♂️🤸🏻‍♂️.

Activo para retomar mis entrenamientos después de descansar un poco en el día de ayer.

Salí de casa a las 5:40 de la tarde, y como ya es costumbre, fui a realizar primero un trote desde el "Comando" hasta "Villa Betania", y claro, hice algo de sprint de regreso por la subida de aquel lugar, y que, la verdad, sí hubo una pequeña mejora para llegar a dominar esa subida. Luego regresé a casa a buscar mis mini-paralelas y casi de inmediato me dirigí al parque de barras. Ya estando en el parque, solo me topé con @lijou-cv y el brother Luwi, que ya estaban por irse. Y sin perder más tiempo, di inicio a mi entrenamiento de fuerza (combos de isométricos avanzados) enfocándome en el "Hold" y las variantes de "Front lever". Terminando con esta rutina con lo ya mencionado, a las 8:30 de la noche, aproximadamente.

En general, diría que me fue bien, y aún más al darme cuenta de que la lesión en el bíceps derecho, ya no me ha estado mostrando con signos de dolor, más molestias. Por lo que percibí una buena ejecución de todos los ejercicios realizados, excepto con los "Front lever", que en este caso, me toca recuperar dominio.

I left home at 5:40 in the afternoon, and as usual, I went to do first a jog from the "Comando" to "Villa Betania", and of course, I did some sprinting back up the climb of that place, and that, the truth, yes there was a little improvement to get to master that climb. Then I went back home to get my mini-paralelas and almost immediately headed to the bar park. Once in the park, I only ran into @lijou-cv and brother Luwi, who were about to leave. And without wasting any more time, I started my strength training (advanced isometric combos) focusing on the "Hold" and "Front lever" variants. Finishing with this routine with the aforementioned, at about 8:30 in the evening.

Overall, I would say it went well, and even more so when I realized that the injury in my right biceps, has no longer been showing me with signs of pain, more discomfort. So I perceived a good execution of all the exercises performed, except with the "Front lever", which in this case, I have to regain mastery.
