My Actifit Report Card: April 24 2025 #SWC

Les comparto algunas fotografías de mi reactivación "por así decirlo" de mi entrenamiento de hoy por esta semana.
Salí de casa a las 5:13 de la tarde, y como ya es costumbre, fui a realizar primero un trote. Para esta ocasión, ya que era algo tarde, decidí empezar a trotar desde mi casa, prácticamente hasta el "Comando", y aprovechando que allí hay un tramo empinado, hice algo de sprint de regreso. Claro, no es igual al de "Villa Betania", pero sirve. Terminado aquello, regresé trotando a casa un momento y volví a salir, pero para el parque de barras. Al llegar, saludé a los brothers, me preparé y di inicio al entrenamiento de calistenia. Como es costumbre, este entrenamiento fue de fuerza (combos de isométricos avanzados) enfocándome en el "Hold" y las variantes de "Front lever" y "Full planche". La verdad, si hubo mejoras en la recuperación de la lesión en el bíceps derecho y en los combos en la barra única, pero aún me hace falta dominar la "Full planche" supina, cosa que obviamente estoy abordando desde ya.
Terminé de entrenar a las 9:00 de la noche, aproximadamente, directo, regresé a casa a descansar, ya que mañana toca entrenar con más ganas.

I share with you some pictures of my reactivation "so to speak" of my training today for this week.
I left home at 5:13 in the afternoon, and as usual, I went for a jog first. For this occasion, since it was a bit late, I decided to start jogging from my house, practically up to the "Comando", and taking advantage that there is a steep stretch there, I did some sprinting on the way back. Of course, it is not the same as "Villa Betania", but it works. After that, I jogged back home for a while and went back out, but for the bar park. When I arrived, I greeted the brothers, got ready and started the calisthenics workout. As usual, this was a strength workout (advanced isometric combos) focusing on the "Hold" and the "Front lever" and "Full planche" variations. To be honest, there were improvements in the recovery from the right biceps injury and in the single bar combos, but I still need to master the supine full planche, something I'm obviously tackling right now.
I finished training at about 9:00 p.m. and went straight home to rest, because tomorrow I have to train harder.
