My Actifit Report Card: May 1 2025 #SWC

Saludos a toda la comunidad de #SWC, #actifit y #Hive 🙋🏻♂️🚶🏻♂️🤸🏻♂️.
Luego de un miércoles de descanso previo de, vuelvo a la rutina, a pura disciplina.
Salí a las 6:20 de la tarde, empezando con el trote acostumbrado por lo momento, que es desde casa hasta el "Comando" y sumándole un sprint de regreso en el tramo empinado de aquel lugar. Después de terminar con el sprint, seguí trotando de regreso a casa y de allí directo al parque de barras a seguir con el entrenamiento. Por el camino me topé con uno de los brothers que iría a entrenar. Nos dijimos que estaba algo tarde, pero peor sería no cumplir al entreno, jejeje. Como es costumbre, al llegar, me preparé e inicié este entrenamiento de fuerza (combos de isométricos avanzados) enfocándome en el "Hold" en las variantes de "Front lever" y "Full planche". Por cómo me he ido evaluando, si hubo mejoras en comparación del día antes pasado, que la verdad, no me fue muy bien que digamos. Aunque sí quisiera recalcar que a poco le voy entendiendo a la exigencia y postura a las "Full planche".
Terminé con este entrenamiento a las 9:00 de la noche, aproximadamente, y claro, no fui más que a ningún otro lado más que a mi casa a descansar.

After a Wednesday rest, I return to the routine, with pure discipline.
I left at 6:20 in the evening, starting with the usual jogging for the moment, which is from home to the "Comando" and adding a sprint back on the steep stretch of that place. After finishing with the sprint, I continued jogging back home and from there straight to the bar park to continue with the training. On the way I bumped into one of the brothers who would be training. We told each other that he was a little late, but it would be worse not to go to the training, hehehehe. As usual, upon arrival, I got ready and started this strength training (advanced isometric combos) focusing on the "Hold" in the variants of "Front lever" and "Full planche". The way I have been evaluating myself, if there were improvements compared to the day before last, which to tell the truth, I did not do very well. Although I would like to emphasize that little by little I am understanding the demands and posture to the "Full planche".
I finished with this training at 9:00 pm, approximately, and of course, I didn't go anywhere else but home to rest.
