​¡Muy buenas a todos y saludos, mis queridos lectores! Nos volvemos a encontrar en un nuevo reporte de #actifit y mi regreso a los trotes semanales.

​ Gracias a Dios, este día empezó muy bien y soleado, nada comparado con los últimos días de esta semana aquí en Ciudad Guayana. Por la mañana, lo primero que hice fue salir a pasear un rato a la mascota de la casa 🐕. Al regresar, me surgió la pregunta: “¿Y si trotó un poco?”. Estuve varios minutos dudando, lo confieso, pero sin pensarlo más, me alisté y salí. El recorrido fue desde mi casa hasta una de las entradas de la urbanización, sin atajos, y finalmente llegué al Comando. Allí aproveché para hacer algunos sprints y varias series de sentadillas. De regreso, caminé un pequeño tramo y volví a trotar hasta llegar a casa; ahora sí, ¡a desayunar! Y es que la duda era tanta que incluso salí a trotar sin desayunar, en un horario en el que usualmente ya estoy comiendo por la mañana.

​ Un rato después, me animé a intentar una “full planche” más press a parada de manos con posición de manos supina en el suelo. Aunque solo hice una serie, ya que se supone que hoy debería estar descansando, la satisfacción fue grande. El resto del día lo dediqué a algunos trabajitos pendientes y a descansar tranquilamente en casa. Sin más nada que contarles por ahora, me retiro. ¡Nos vemos en una próxima publicación!

Good morning to all and greetings, my dear readers! We meet again in a new #actifit report and my return to weekly jogging.

Thank God, this day started very nice and sunny, nothing compared to the last days of this week here in Ciudad Guayana. In the morning, the first thing I did was to go out for a walk with the house pet 🐕. When I came back, the question arose: "What if he jogged a bit?". I was hesitating for several minutes, I confess, but without thinking about it anymore, I got ready and went out. The route was from my house to one of the entrances of the urbanization, without shortcuts, and finally I arrived at the Comando. There I took the opportunity to do some sprints and several sets of squats. On the way back, I walked a short distance and jogged again until I got home; now yes, to have breakfast! I was so hesitant that I even went out for a jog without breakfast, at a time when I usually eat in the morning.

A while later, I decided to try a "full planche" plus handstand press with supine hand position on the floor. Although I only did one set, since I was supposed to be resting today, the satisfaction was great. I spent the rest of the day working on some pending work and resting at home.
