¡Hola a todos! Vuelvo con un nuevo reporte de #actifit para finiquitar ahora sí esta semana y compartir un poco de cómo se movió todo, especialmente aprovechando cada minuto libre, que es lo importante.

​El día empezó con el pie en el acelerador. Gran parte de la mañana estuve totalmente concentrado en el trabajo. De hecho, aproveché ese momento para crear algo de contenido fresco para mi trabajo de barbería y subirlo a Instagram. La verdad es que me quedó muy chulo, le puse bastante cariño y creo que la gente lo notará.

​Pero la jornada laboral no fue excusa para saltarme el compromiso físico. Justo al hacerse las 4:30 pm, me desocupé, me cambié rapidísimo y salí directo a la práctica de voleibol. ¡Este seria el segundo día de práctica en la semana! Era imposible perdérselo.

​Al llegar a la iglesia “Cristo La Única Esperanza”, lo primero fue el ritual: estiramientos a conciencia. Una vez caliente y preparado, me dirigí al callejón para unirme al grupo que ya estaba listo para empezar.
​En esta sesión, como la anterior, atacamos tres aspectos fundamentales, que son clave para mejorar: la mancheta, el aprovechamiento de los tres toques (que es donde se ve la estrategia del equipo) y, mi favorito, el remate.

​Terminé la práctica alrededor de las 6:30 pm. Lo pasé genial, no solo por la actividad física, sino porque tuve la oportunidad de conocer a nuevas integrantes del grupo, lo cual siempre es positivo para la dinámica. Lo mejor de todo es que pude entender y ejecutar un poco mejor el remate. Este es uno de los fundamentos que más ganas tenía de pulir, y al practicarlo me di cuenta de algo crucial: ¡definitivamente me vendría bien volver a los trotes y a las sentadillas con salto! Toca acondicionar mejor el cuerpo si quiero mantener el ritmo.

​Después de la práctica, tuvimos una pequeña charla sobre la logística: próximas prácticas y los posibles partidos “vs” que podríamos tener. Finalmente, regresé a casa, volví a salir a atender el trabajo, y ahí sí, volví a retomar mi descanso correspondiente.

​Como ya sabrán, este fin de semana es para descansar, pero sinceramente, cada aviso que se me hace para practicar voleibol lo aprovecho al máximo. ¡Espero que ustedes también hayan tenido un excelente fin de semana! Nos vemos a la próxima.

Hello, everyone! I'm back with a new #actifit report to wrap up this week and share a little bit about how everything went, especially making the most of every free minute, which is what matters.

The day started off with my foot on the gas pedal. I spent most of the morning totally focused on work. In fact, I took advantage of that time to create some fresh content for my barber shop and upload it to Instagram. It turned out really cool, I put a lot of love into it, and I think people will notice.

But the workday was no excuse to skip my physical commitment. At exactly 4:30 pm, I finished work, changed quickly, and headed straight to volleyball practice. This would be the second day of practice that week! It was impossible to miss it.

When I arrived at the Cristo La Única Esperanza church, the first thing we did was the ritual: thorough stretching. Once I was warmed up and ready, I headed to the alley to join the group that was already ready to start.

In this session, as in the previous one, we focused on three fundamental aspects that are key to improvement: the header, making the most of the three touches (which is where the team's strategy comes into play), and, my favorite, the shot.

I finished practice around 6:30 pm. I had a great time, not only because of the physical activity, but also because I had the opportunity to meet new members of the group, which is always positive for the dynamic. Best of all, I was able to understand and execute the spike a little better. This is one of the fundamentals I was most eager to polish, and while practicing it, I realized something crucial: I definitely need to get back to jogging and jump squats! I need to get my body in better shape if I want to keep up the pace.

After practice, we had a brief chat about logistics: upcoming practices and possible "vs" games we might have. Finally, I returned home, went back out to attend to work, and then resumed my well-deserved rest.

As you know, this weekend is for resting, but honestly, I make the most of every opportunity I get to play volleyball. I hope you all had a great weekend too! See you next time.
