Hola amigos de @fulldeportes, esta semana comencé a llevar a mi hijo a prácticas de béisbol y tras tres días de preguntas y análisis logre crear un contenido en el que redacto como influye en su desarrollo a los niños el béisbol y no solo ese deporte sino también la práctica de cualquiera durante su niñez, Este material escrito fue realizado gracias a la participación de la señora Reina Aparicio, entrenadora de la Escuela de Béisbol menor de Sabana Grande, Barquisimeto Estado Lara - Venezuela. Hello friends of @fulldeportes, this week I started taking my son to baseball practices and after three days of questions and analysis I managed to create a content in which I write how baseball influences the development of children and not only that sport but also the practice of any during their childhood, This written material was made possible thanks to the participation of Mrs. Reina Aparicio, coach of the Minor Baseball School of Sabana Grande, Barquisimeto, Lara State - Venezuela. En los últimos años, el béisbol juvenil se ha visto obligado a competir con varios otros deportes mientras trataba de ganarse el corazón de los niños en todas partes. El baloncesto y el fútbol se han vuelto cada vez más populares y han reducido el número completo de niños que juegan béisbol de las ligas menores.

In recent years, youth baseball has been forced to compete with several other sports as it has tried to win the hearts of kids everywhere. Basketball and soccer have become increasingly popular and have reduced the overall number of kids playing minor league baseball.

El béisbol es bueno para la salud de los niños/ Baseball is good for children's health

Puede que no siempre lo parezca cuando estás sentado y viendo un partido. Pero roughage muchos movimientos que tienen lugar en el béisbol juvenil que beneficiarán la salud de su hijo.

It may not always seem like it when you're sitting and watching a game. But roughage many moves that take place in youth baseball that will benefit your child's health.

Pero hay algun impacto negativo en infundirles el Deporte desde niños?/But is there any negative impact of instilling sports in children?

Además de influir en la salud física y evitar las consecuencias negativas de la obesidad, la participación de los niños en los deportes los hace más propensos a comer frutas y verduras, y menos propensos a fumar y consumir drogas ilícitas incluso me explicaba la entrenadora de la categoria infantil que a largo plazo se ha comprobado una reducción de los pensamientos y tendencias suicidas tanto para los adolescentes como para las adolescentes que practican deporte.

In addition to influencing physical health and avoiding the negative consequences of obesity, children's participation in sports makes them more likely to eat fruits and vegetables, and less likely to smoke and use illicit drugs. Ahora riesgo fatales no existen como tal, pero debo decir que, existe un riesgo inherente de lesiones para los atletas de todas las edades cuando participan en un deporte. Durante los períodos de mayor velocidad de crecimiento en la adolescencia, los atletas jóvenes son vulnerables a una variedad de lesiones traumáticas y por uso excesivo esto se dice ya que existen padres que básicamente explotan a sus niños en el deporte.

Now fatal risk does not exist as such, but I must say, there is an inherent risk of injury for athletes of all ages when participating in sport. During periods of increased growth spurts in adolescence, young athletes are vulnerable to a variety of traumatic and overuse injuries this is said as there are parents who basically exploit their children in sport.

Claro son muchas más las razones positivas en la práctica de deportes a temprana edad, hace que su adolescencia les sea adaptable ya que se encuentran en un ambiente que los ayuda con su autoestima ya que constantemente sienten que su participación es importante para el equipo en pocas palabras tienden a ser más felices.

Of course, there are many more positive reasons for playing sports at an early age, it makes their adolescence more adaptable as they are in an environment that helps their self-esteem as they constantly feel that their participation is important for the team, in short, they tend to be happier.
