Description from Strava: Mucho más cómodo que el martes. Sigo batallando con la técnica y en cómo moverme más eficiente, pero creo que hoy estuve mucho más cómodo.
Ahora hay que mantenernos motivamos y tratar de no dejar de movernos en estos días.
La idea para mañana es salir a correr un rato y ver que tal nos va.
Much more comfortable than Tuesday. I'm still struggling with technique and how to move more efficiently, but I think I was much more comfortable today.
Now we have to stay motivated and try not to stop moving these days.
The idea for tomorrow is to go for a run and see how it goes.

Its on an indoor pool... the Suunto GPS is too erratic... but is more precise than just movement...
Forgive me for thinking you were swimming in the sea or river. But you are in the swimming pool in fact. Stay in good health sir and hope you achieve first place this week or two weeks next. I am just selling a chili this weekend like in my last post and burning some calories too but not too much.
Some day... but is more much harder swimming with some current... thanks for the support and the comments!
