El día de ayer me quedé dormido en la mañana y simplemente no salí a correr ó a nadar. No fué sino hasta la tarde en el trabajo que me ocupe un poco y pude aumentar la cuenta de pasos en la app. Me quedé a menos de mil pasos de completar el máximo de 10k.
Eso es todo por el momento amigos, espero mañana compartirles un poco más de mis actividades diarias y espero que tengan un excelente día.

Yesterday I fell asleep in the morning and I just didn't go out for a run or a swim. It wasn't until the afternoon at work that I got busy and I was able to increase the step count in the app. I was less than a thousand steps away from completing the maximum 10k.
