#Actifit - Más trabajo por la tarde... [Esp / Eng]

>_ Buenas noches amigos y bienvenidos una vez más a un post para la comunidad de @actifit.

Es ya el tercer post consecutivo que subo a esta comunidad y creo que más que un post, propiamente dicho, lo voy a estar ocupando como una pequeña vitácora. Algo más corta e informal.

Bueno, el caso es que me ocupé por la mañana y ya por la tarde me mantuve ocupado en el trabajo. El plan para mañana es ahora si salir a trotar sin falta y ver como nos responden las piernas.

Eso es todo por el momento amigos. Buena noche y nos leemos el día de mañana.

It is already the third consecutive post that I upload to this community and I think that more than a post, properly speaking, I will be occupying it as a small vitácora. Something shorter and more informal.

Well, the fact is that I got busy in the morning and in the afternoon I kept busy at work. The plan for tomorrow is now to go jogging without fail and see how our legs respond.
