El día de ayer salimos del trabajo y llegamos a dormir toda la mañana. Por la tarde, esperamos a que bajará un poco el sol y ya entonces decidí salir a correr.

We got off work yesterday and got to sleep all morning. In the afternoon, we waited for the sun to go down a bit and then I decided to go for a run.
