#Actifit - Primer día en el trabajo [Esp/Eng]
>_ Hola amigos y bienvenidos a un nuevo post para la comunidad de @actifit.
El día de ayer por fin regresamos al trabajo nuevamente, después de una semana de descanso bien merecida, y la verdad es que es quizá cuando se puede apreciar la fortuna de tener un trabajo "seguro" y en el que uno se siente seguro.
La jornada fué tranquila y sin mucha actividad, pero pudimos ver, que hubo algunos cambios y mejoras en el equipo de la planta. Lo que es muy bueno, al final, lo que se quiere es tener un mejor control sobre el proceso.
No salí a correr por la tarde. Por el momento estoy sufriendo de un malestar en el estómago y resulta incomodo el tener que moverse en momentos, ya no se diga correr o trotar. Pero vamos mejorando, y espero que en unos días más ya tenga más ánimos de hacer ejercicio.
Por cierto... quisiera invitarlos a que revisen mi último post en la comunidad de #PhotographyLovers. Les platico un poco sobre una salida de trail en el cerro del Tepozteco en el estado de Morelos. El enlace está aquí por si les interesa.

Yesterday we finally went back to work again, after a well-deserved week off, and the truth is that it is perhaps when you can appreciate the fortune of having a "safe" job and in which you feel sure.
The day was quiet and without much activity, but we could see that there were some changes and improvements in the plant equipment. What is very good, in the end, what you want is to have better control over the process.
I didn't go for a run in the afternoon. At the moment I am suffering from an upset stomach and it is uncomfortable having to move at times, let alone running or jogging. But we are improving, and I hope that in a few more days I will feel more in the mood to exercise.
