>_ Hola amigos y bienvenidos al resúmen de la actividad del último Gran Premio del MotoGP, en el Circuito de Jerez.
Aunque antes de continuar quisiera pedirles una discupa por tardar tanto por subir este post, pero el trabajo offline a sido bastante.
Ahora sí, al resúmen del Gran Premio.
Para la cuarta fecha del campeonato tocó visitar el Circuito de Jerez-Ángel Nieto, con una longitud de 4.4 km (2.7 mi).

Now yes, to the summary of the Grand Prix.
For the fourth round of the championship, it was time to visit the Circuito de Jerez-Ángel Nieto, with a length of 4.4 km (2.7 mi).

>_ La primer sesión del fin de semana iniciaba el día Viernes y durante el primer stint fué Dani Pedrosa, wildcard y pilóto de pruebas de Red Bull KTM, quién ponía el tiempo más rápido (1:38.540).
Serían los pilotos de Aprilia y los de KTM quienes pelearían más continuamente por hacerse con el mejor tiempo de la sesión durante la primera mitad de la sesión.
Miguel Oliveira (CryptoDATA RNF) ponía el mejor tiempo con un 1:37.975, seguido de Aleix Espargaro (Aprilia Racing), Fabio Quartararo (Monster Yamaha) y Jack Miller (Red Bull KTM) justo al final del primer stint.
Taka Nakagami (LCR Honda) daba la sorpresa y se colocaba en las primeras posiciones. Tres Aprilias se encontraban entre el top 6 de la clasificación.
Al final de la sesión sería Dani Pedrosa quién dejaba el mejor crono con un 1:36.770 dejando a todos sorprendidos con el gran nivel del español pese a llevar fuera de competición varios años.
Jorge Martin (Pramac Racing) se quedaba con el segundo lugar seguido de Nakagami.
/// Practice 1
>_ The first session of the weekend began on Friday and during the first stint it was Dani Pedrosa, wildcard and Red Bull KTM test rider, who set the fastest time (1 :38.540).
It would be the Aprilia and KTM riders who would fight the most continuously to get the best time of the session during the first half of the session.
Miguel Oliveira (CryptoDATA RNF) set the fastest time with a 1:37.975, followed by Aleix Espargaro (Aprilia Racing), Fabio Quartararo (Monster Yamaha) and Jack Miller (Red Bull KTM) right at the end of the first stint.
Taka Nakagami (LCR Honda) gave the surprise and was placed in the first positions. Three Aprilias were among the top 6 in the standings.
At the end of the session it would be Dani Pedrosa who left the best time with a 1:36.770 leaving everyone surprised with the great level of the Spaniard despite having been out of competition for several years.
Jorge Martin (Pramac Racing) took second place followed by Nakagami.

Las temperaturas eran más altas que las de la Práctica 1 por lo que se esperaba un menor agarre en la pista y tiempos más altos, así que parecía que sería Pedrosa quién mantendría el mejor tiempo del día.
Johan Mir (Repsol Honda) sufría una salida de pista y después una caída en el tercer sector. Al mismo tiempo Iker Lecuona (Repsol Honda) sufría una caída en la curva 13 que provocaba una bandera rojo al romper una bolsa de aire protectora.
Después de 30 minutos, nadie había logrado mejorar sus tiempos, cumpliendo el pronóstico de los encargados de Michellin.
Marco Bezzechi sufría una rotura en su motor y abandonaba la sesión.
Enea Bastianini, que había recibido el alta médica, se mostró muy incómodo y no participaría en el resto del fin de semana.
Faltando poco más de 12 minutos, las condiciones en pista mejoraban y los pilotos empezaban a mejorar sus cronos.
Aleix Espargaro y Maverick Viñales se quedaban con los mejores tiempos del primer día seguidos de Jack Miller (Red Bull KTM).

The temperatures were higher than those of Practice 1 so less grip on the track and higher times were expected, so it seemed that it would be Pedrosa who would maintain the best time of the day.
Johan Mir (Repsol Honda) suffered a run off the track and then a crash in the third sector. At the same time, Iker Lecuona (Repsol Honda) suffered a crash at turn 13 that caused a red flag when a protective air bag ruptured.
After 30 minutes, no one had managed to improve their times, fulfilling the forecast of those in charge of Michellin.

Durante el primer stint Marco Bezzechi (Mooney VR46) dominaba con el mejor tiempo de 1:36.886, seguido de Fabio Quartararo (Monster Yamaha) (+0.230) y Brad Binder (Red Bull KTM) (+0.287).
Pecco Bagnaia (Ducati Lenovo) se encontraba de momento en la quinta posición a 0.363 de Bezz.
Durante el segundo stint todos los pilotos apretaban el ritmo, pero al final serían Bagnaia (1:36.493) junto a Brad Binder (+0.048) quienes lograban avanzar a la Qualy 2.
Bezzechi se quedaba a 0.084 del tiempo de Bagnaia.

Alex Marquez (Gresini Racing) colocaba un tiempo de 1:42.675 con slicks y se ponía en la primera posición en el primer stint. Jack Miller de KTM y Luca Marini con una Ducati lo seguían en segunda y tercera plaza.
Mientras avanzaba la sesión la pista iba mejorando y permitía mayor confianza a los pilotos que empezaban a mejorar sus tiempos. Fueron Alex Marquez, Jorge Martin y Aleix Espargaro quienes iban mejorando vuelta tras vuelta y se peleaban la primera plaza al inicio del segundot stint.
Al final sería el piloto de Aprilia, Aleix Espargaro, quien se quedaba con la pole position con un 1:37.216, seguido de Jack Miller y Jorge MArtin.

Alex Marquez (Gresini Racing) posted a time of 1:42.675 with slicks and took the lead in the first stint. KTM's Jack Miller and Luca Marini on a Ducati followed him in second and third.
As the session progressed, the track improved and allowed more confidence to the drivers who began to improve their times. It was Alex Marquez, Jorge Martin and Aleix Espargaro who were improving lap after lap and were fighting for first place at the start of the second stint.

Llegaba la arrancada y Miller y Binder (Red Bull KTM) rebasaban a Aleix Espargaro (Aprilia Racing).
Pero enseguida aparecía una Bandera Roja con el alto total de la carrera.
Franco Morbidelli (Monster Yamaha) intentaba rebasar a Alex Marquez, pero el italiano perdía la llanta delantera y terminaba llevandose al español. Las motos quedaban en el paso de los demás pilotos y Bezzechi terminaba chocando con la Ducati del Gressini Racing.
Augusto Fernández intentaba esquivar la Yamaha de Morbidelli y quedaba de frente a la moto de Iker Lekuona, que pudo parar y evitar una desgracia mayor.
///Sprint

The start came and Miller and Binder (Red Bull KTM) passed Aleix Espargaro (Aprilia Racing).

Franco Morbidelli (Monster Yamaha) was trying to pass Alex Marquez, but the Italian lost his front tire and ended up taking the Spaniard. The bikes were in the path of the other riders and Bezzechi ended up colliding with the Gressini Racing Ducati.
Augusto Fernández was trying to dodge Morbidelli's Yamaha and ended up facing Iker Lekuona's bike, who was able to stop and avoid further misfortune.

>_ Se decidió reinciar la carrera, recortando la distancia a 11 vueltas, y como no se completo el primer giro, todos los pilotos podrían arrancar.
Llegó la segunda arrancada y nuevamente Miller, Binder y Jorge Martin rebasaban a Espargaró, que no podía contra la potencia de las KTM y la Ducati.
Bagnaia también rebasaba unas cuantas curvas más adelante a Espargaró y se quedaba con la cuarta plaza.
En la punta, Martin adelantaba a Miller y empezaba a presionar a Binder.

The second start came and once again Miller, Binder and Jorge Martin passed Espargaró, who couldn't against the power of the KTM and the Ducati.
Bagnaia also passed Espargaró a few curves later and took fourth place.
At the lead, Martin passed Miller and began to put pressure on Binder.

Alex Marquez se estrellaba al final del sector 1 en la cuarta vuelta, y Nakagami (LCR Honda) también sufría una caída en el sector 3.
Los pilotos del Mooney VR46 empezaban a competir entre ellos por la décima plaza durante la vuelta número 5.
Ya en la sexta vuelta,los pilotos de punta, Miller y Binder empezaban a separarse del grupo.
Aleix Espargaro sufría una caída en la curva 9.
>_ On the second lap Miller picked up the pace and climbed back to first place, leaving Martin and Binder behind.
Alex Marquez crashed at the end of sector 1 on lap four, and Nakagami (LCR Honda) also crashed in sector 3.
The Mooney VR46 drivers began to compete among themselves for tenth place during lap number 5.
By the sixth lap, the leading riders, Miller and Binder, were beginning to separate from the group.
Aleix Espargaro suffered a crash at turn 9.
>_ Jorge Martin empezaba a batallar por mantener la última plaza del podio al ser presionado por Bagnaia.
En la vuelta 8 Joan Mir volvia a terminar en el suelo en la curva 6.
Brad Binder apretaba la lucha por la primera plaza al atacar a Miller.
En la penúltima vuelta Pecco se acercaba a la lucha por la punta después que las dos KTM en punta perdieran ritmo al pelear entre ellas.
Binder lograba adelantar a Miller y dejaba al australiano un poco descolocado contra Bagnaia.
En la última vuelta Miller no podía con la presión y se equivocaba llendose ancho dejando regalando la plaza a Pecco y apenas salvando contra Martin.

On lap 8 Joan Mir ended up on the ground again at turn 6.
Brad Binder tightened the fight for first place by attacking Miller.
On the penultimate lap Pecco was closing in on the fight for the lead after the two leading KTMs lost pace fighting each other.
Binder managed to overtake Miller and left the Australian a little out of place against Bagnaia.
In the last lap Miller couldn't handle the pressure and made a mistake going wide, giving away the place to Pecco and barely saving against Martin.

Gran victoria de Pecco Bagnaia en el GP de España en el circuito de Jerez de la Frontera, la verdad es que me lo esperaba, luego de unos malos resultados por caídas en carreras interiores donde era candidato a la victoria.
La decepción de la carrera sin lugar a dudas es Fabio Quartararo, me esperaba mucho más de él, una caída dónde se llevó a otro piloto, por la cual recibió una sanción. La Yamaha no levanta.
Excelente reseña como siempre.

La Yamaha no anda bien, y está claro que aunque Quartararo sea el mejor piloto del mundo no basta para pelear con la potencia de las europeas.
