You're smashing your training at the moment and getting stronger every day.

You seem to loose a lot of rhythm between a 5km run (23 minutes) and a 10km run (66 minutes)?....
On the other hand, you keep on running, which is good. I whish I could start again as well...

Yea a bit more elevation gain on the 10km and I am getting old !LOL . I push a bit harder on rhe 5km parkrun and the 10km I take it bit easier
