new.things just finished a 5.02km run, that lasted for 39 minutes.

Description from Strava: Strava2hive easy walk/run Moved back into a more stable shoe with the orthodics support to try not to aggravate my ankle too much. Also did 10 minutes core and strengthening exercises straight afterwards which are starting to feel more important than my run.
