My Actifit Report Card: October 14 2021
oh boy did it rain this morning. Not a lot over night but as I got up and was trying to decide if I could fit a walk in before work it started to hammer down.
It is the first major down pour of what will soon be our wet season. Brisbane has a sub tropical summer which is a pretty hot, wet and humid not as bad as further up north but can still get pretty uncomfortable.
So I decided on a short indoor rowing session before work and got the rest of my step count at work and with an afternoon stroll.
