Work walking and another afternoon 2km stroll, had to hold off a bit and wait for a band of rain clouds to pass so we would not get too wet.

Card 3 of 132 of my 1974 Scanlens Victorian Football League collection.

Back in the day each state of Australia ran it's own Australian rules football competition. There were a few interstate games but everyone just seemed to love to follow there local teams. Nower days the AFL has taken over and it's National Competition, though there are multiple teams in the bigger cities and none in some of the less populated states.
