My Actifit Report Card: January 17 2022

5 kilometre morning run, then a very hot day work so much so I now carry a portable milwaukee battery fan unit around with me on my trolley.

We saw a couple of small colourful kingfisher birds on this afternoons walk, no photos but I think I know where they are nesting now. So I will have to keep my eye out in the future.

A big tree fell a couple of weeks ago. Looks like the council workers have been in, cut it up and deposited it all around the reserve. I think they do it so it can rot naturally and it will attract smaller insects and animals to use as a home.
