My Actifit Report Card: January 28 2023
We have been getting some entertaining sun sets with all this hot stormy weather around. Lots of dark clouds and the red setting sun made the clouds appear silver last night. Maybe that is where the saying about "every cloud has a silver lining" came from?
I like that saying, nothing better than a good reframe to turn a negative situation around into something good for me.
More yard work after an easy morning run and before a short afternoon stroll to clock up a 25k activity count day.
One of the trees I trimmed, the post and photo reminds me I need to drop off the old stainless steel washing machine drum and aluminium table frame to the scrape metal yard. Hopefully I can turn that rubbish into a few dollars and then into some extra hive.
