A bit of rain has seemed to have brought lots of mushrooms out. This one was on our regular afternoon walk after a busy day at work. I am helping out at a new factory. It is hard work trying to fit in and find my way around.

Got some cycling in before work and did a strength weight training session as well in the evening.

Chin ups 2+1.5+1+1+1+1
Bench Press, seated dumbbell curls, laterial dunbell shoulder raises.
All 8 sets if 8 light weights
