Back to Normal Saturday - My Actifit Report Card: July 18 2020

Today was probably the first Saturday in months that seemed normal. Started the day with some intervals on the treadmill which were great. I knew I was going to have a good day with activity but still did 45 minutes.

The family decided to go for some shopping as a number of things have been needed given the expectations of a longer being at home environment. One store had a line of about 15 minutes to get into! Plenty of walking made the day easily surpass the goal.
