Slow Start to the Week - My Actifit Report Card: July 27 2020
I was feeling a little tired this morning as I started another work week but I still got on the treadmill right after my morning coffee for a walk. It was surely less intense than usual but still provided a good sweat to start the day. I was happy I got it done early as the rest of the day was full of meetings which did not allow me to move much.
As I start the week, I find myself wondering how much I can achieve this week given the way I feel and how busy the home office continues to become. I will probably need to make some adjustments in the coming days so will need to see how I can achieve it. Fingers crossed I can still get things done.
