Getting Back - My Actifit Report Card: October 6 2020
I got off to an early start today and jogged for half hour to get back to increasing the intensity in my workouts after a month. It was not as bad as I thought it would be. My pace was not very high but I felt that my conditioning did not suffer as much as I feared.
I took a long cooldown to get my activity in before starting the work day. It was a great idea as the afternoon was longer than I wished it to be. Despite being so close to my goal, I had to get some rest in the evening.
