Miles with Intensity - My Actifit Report Card: March 25 2021
Focused on getting past my goal today with an early start on the treadmill. I did speed intervals for 45 minutes with increased intensity. Had a 15 minute cooldown and was surprised to see the mileage get over 4 miles.
Had a busy day in the office again which challenged me to get to my goal. However, I took some time in the evening to catch up with some pacing. One more day to the weekend!
