Stable 5K - My Actifit Report Card: October 30 2021

Had my periodic metric review this morning and it remained stable which is good given the progress so far. Before looking, I had some numbers in mind for year end but no longer think it will be achievable without much more effort.

It will not unmotivate me as I feel great. Went for a jog afterwards to reflect and it confirmed how great the progress has been and how I feel. In the end, this is a lifestyle change for sustainability not for one time benefits.
