Another 5K and More - My Actifit Report Card: November 22 2021

Had a busy day of errands today which will continue all week but the temperature was great after my morning coffee so went for a third consecutive day of a 5K. Happy to say it was great with no impacts so far.

The challenge starts tomorrow as I will likely not be able to get any significant activity. However, the last 3 days probably call for some rest before doing too much.
