Sacrifice - My Actifit Report Card: January 18 2022

Could not squeeze a workout in before the workday started but was able to get it done by sacrificing lunch. Got on the treadmill for an hour and did 35 minutes jogging at an increasing pace which felt good. Ended with a cooldown decreasing pace.

The changes I recent implemented feel like progress although still want to take it to another level. I want this year to be the one I blow past my fitness and health goals from the past. With age against me, it will take persistance and discipline!
