Enjoying the Weather - My Actifit Report Card: January 19 2022

Weather continues to be very good to be outside so I did not want to miss the opportunity to take some time outside. It was a short walk but it was great to carve out the time to enjoy it all and reflect on the day before lunch.

Since it was a quick walk, I had to strive to pace in the afternoon and evening to get to my goal for the day. I think it was more than I expected but always good to strive to achieve a goal on a daily basis. Consistency remains key!
