Planning Ahead - My Actifit Report Card: February 1 2022

A busy work week which will turn into a busy weekend as the family plans will impact my workouts over the coming days. Given this, I looked to accelerate the plan for the intense workouts now. Started with some intervals today on the treadmill before starting work.

It was tight to be ready for my first meeting but it was a good start that I have been lacking for a while. With it behind, I was able to get more done without concerns about my goals although I still needed to pace a bit in the afternoon.

Hi @newageinv, I see that you are using Actifit, and you are reporting regular. I'd like to invite you to join #POLIAC, it is some kind of tournament where 16 participants will compete every day for one month with each other in two duels who report more steps in the daily Actifit report.

From your side you don't need to do anything special, just post as usual your daily Actifit report, if you skip one or two nothing happen, you only lost your duel(s). Here you could see the final report from last season of #POLIAC, which gives you a picture of what is about. Cause still I have a couple of free slots for next season which starts on 1st March I'd like to invite you. If you agree, please just respond "yes", if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask me.
