No More Soft - My Actifit Report Card: February 28 2022
Made an effort today to really rebound fron the recent lack of discipline to get home in the evening for a workout. Got on the treadmill for an interval session which kicked off the sweat. It was shorter as I was also fasting to get back on track on the diet side.
I was surprised to feel pretty good about it all despite knowing what is coming up. Still struggling to balance it all but encouraged to remain with progress and come back stronger. I know the importance of perseverance so it will continue.
