Rough at Noon - My Actifit Report Card: April 6 2022
It was a rough day to be outdoors at the noon heat as it was very humid. While it got the sweat flowing, it made for a rather uncomfortable rest of the afternoon in meetings. However, it was a must considering the push I need to continue my progress.
Only a walk done today but plenty of pacing in between meetings as it was a busy day all around. So many things happening at the same time will continually make arriving at milestones challenges but making it much better to achieve.
