The Long Road Back - My Actifit Report Card: June 27 2022

Today the long road back started for multiple reasons in my life. First, finally headed back home after an interesting traveling adventure with the family that combined the many aspects of my complicated life at the moment. Soon, I will be back to a have a good night’s sleep in my bed in the new home.

Also, did not want to wait to get back to start my workouts as they were definitely lacking this week given the focus on enjoying the family and the travel. Got to the treadmill for a good 30 minute jogging session which was tough after this week. Lastly, got back on track with my diet which will surely have some lingering effects the rest of the week! Almost forgot to include getting back to the Blockchain focus as I have been disconnected given my inconsistencies with being mobile this week!
