Catching Up Outside - My Actifit Report Card: July 24 2022
Needed to catch up due to yesterday falling behind on my goal. However, I woke up a bit sore given the chores from yesterday which my body is not comfortable with. After my coffees this morning, I headed out to combat the sun and the heat.
I saw that the temperature was not that bad so was not too worried but I still controlled my pace just in case. It was definitely a struggle for the last miles but happy to complete another 5K as the streak of weekly 5Ks continues!
