Morning Stretch - My Actifit Report Card: August 23 2022
Got my legs stretch as I went on the treadmill this morning for a long walk. It was good that some timed opened as it would have probably been to hot later in the day to get a workout in easily. Work continues to be busy so no slow down in sight.
The early workout got me a good start but the evening was full of pacing around to get to my goal. I continue to be put to the test on my priorities as so much is going on around my life. However, I feel grateful that opportunities continue to exist around it all.
