Not as Expected - My Actifit Report Card: September 7 2022

I knew it would be a challenge to get anything really done today outside of work given the schedule I had. I did not have much of a chance for a workout today as it was an early start and late stop given some deliverables. I got home late to deal with even more things as the family prepared for our trip.

I was finally able to escape to the treadmill under the dark of night. It was unusual to be under a light but at least I got it done with some speed intervals. I extended the cooldown to get to my daily goal and complete the achievement.

Life is always full of busy days my friend, I make a list and hardly ever cross everything off Lol!:)
