Evening Tread - My Actifit Report Card: September 19 2022
Today was a weird day as the calendar looked someway easy but the calls and emails were so intense that I could not escape for my planned workout which was to get to the gym for some weight training. It has been weeks since my last so definitely needed.
It was also raining so an outside stroll was impossible. I paced quite a bit but found myself back working more often than not. Same happened when I got home as I was handling email well into the evening. Ended going to my treadmill to walk for getting to my daily goal.
