More Shopping - My Actifit Report Card: November 23 2022
Shopping definitely started early this year and being at home made me eager to get out as I was not looking forward to crowds later this week. Things finally slowed down and the family pushed me to go for a ride which ended in shopping.
Since I knew it was going to happen, I got on the treadmill after I did some home chores and some work in the early afternoon. It was a moderate walk as I knew I would get more going through the aisles. We got home after dark so I enjoyed relaxing the rest of the night.
