End of Week Push - My Actifit Report Card: March 10 2023
Despite still feeling a bit off, I got on the treadmill for an early workout given the busy schedule ahead. I decided to go for a higher paced jog for half hour with a long cooldown to get an early start to activity for the day. I survived it all but definitely feel like I am struggling more than I would have thought.
The early push was a good idea as it allowed me to finalize a number of deliverables to avoid working over the weekend. It also allowed me to relax and enjoy the rest in the evening while catching up with some personal errands. Welcoming the weekend!
