Cloudy Stroll - My Actifit Report Card: March 15 2023
A second day of craziness around my schedule which made me pivot more than once on my original plans to go to the gym. I then tried to go for a run only to get a call which I had to take instead. At least I was able to multitask the walk with the call to get some activity. It was also a great day to be out as it was breezy and the Sun was covered by the clouds.
Another afternoon of back to back meetings had me get a good amount of steps between them as they were all over the office like the old days. In fact, I found myself late as getting to meetings with a click of the button wasn’t available today being in the office. Things are getting busy for the foreseeable future.
