Fast Friday - My Actifit Report Card: May 5 2023
Friday came fast which is great as I am looking forward to relaxing a bit this weekend. In an effort to get ahead for the day, I got on the treadmill for a workout after my coffee. I did some speed intervals with a cooldown for a good cardio session which I wanted to push for.
After a busy morning of meetings, I found myself heading into a slowdown which was great. It was a good way to enter the weekend after the last couple of weeks. I think I will try to catch up on some errands this weekend as they continue to pile up. I have a couple of keys things that need to happen to secure some future projects.
