Happy Mother’s Day - My Actifit Report Card: May 14 2023
I took the day to really focus on the family and our time together and luckily they mostly wanted to stay in and rest while preparing for the week ahead. After I made some breakfast for them, I headed for a jog outside. I was able to start before it got too hot which is great as the heat has been bad these days.
Although I doubted myself when I began, I was able to complete a full 5K bringing back my routine of running one on the weekends. The pace was not there but I will focus on the small victories for now while I focus on getting past this plateau I am currently feeling. Even metrics are not very good so something has to be adjusted and changed.
