Debated Myself - My Actifit Report Card: May 15 2023
The morning started slow as my work meetings did not start until mid morning. After my coffee I thought about leaving my workout for the afternoon as I onew I wanted to watch some videos to catch up on some things I knew I would miss during the day. However, that also meant rushing and squeezing things in this afternoon so I was not too confident I could get it it done.
I opted to get on the treadmill in the morning for a workout instead. It felt better to get a good start just in case things got complicated. Prioritizing will be a key forward as I need to start pushing more and adding more time is the first step. It all worked out because ot also allowed me to do the catch up while resting instead.
