For some reason, I had a rough morning today despite nothing really happening around me. I did not go for an early workout due to this but as I approached lunchtime, I thought a workout could be the solution to the feeling. Unfortunately, it really wasn’t…

I lished through a workout at the gym with some warm up and cooldowns walking. In between, I did some upper body weight training and it was rough. It was not the weight it was just the persistent feeling. However, getting it done was a positive which I hope leads to a bounce back soon.
